JoAnn's real estate career spans thirty years, the last seventeen of them as one of the owners of Class-Harlan Real Estate. Recently retired as owner, JoAnn is still active as a real estate consultant to her close associates, Heather and Meg. JoAnn was the senior member of the former "Dream Team", which consisted of JoAnn, Heather and Meg, and the three of them continue to work together as a "team" to provide the best possible service to their clients.JoAnn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and has done extensive post-graduate work in education. Prior to her real estate career, JoAnn was a high school English teacher and the Bucks County coordinator of a highly successful nationwide fitness program. Clients have described JoAnn as hard-working, knowledgeable, creative, honest, positive and enthusiastic…a real problem-solver! JoAnn views herself as a "catalyst"…someone who sets things in motion and gets the job done!JoAnn's long successful career in real estate is a testament to her integrity and work ethic. As a top-producing Agent in two other local real estate companies, and then, as a partner in Class-Harlan, JoAnn's experience, leadership and unique perspective are greatly beneficial to her two team members, Heather and Meg, as well as to JoAnn's buyers and sellers. She continues in her role as "catalyst" and "problem-solver" in her new position as "consultant".
