Personal Background

I have been a resident of Bucks County for over Thirty Seven Years. Over this period I have been able to watch the area grow and enjoy many activities and experiences that our community offers. Showing Buyers that this is the perfect place to live and work as the area features such things as museums, fine dining, sporting activities combined with endless shopping and entertainment. I love to travel and experience new areas around the country but I have yet to find one area that feels more like home to me than Bucks County. As a REALTOR® selling your home, I focus on the benefits of home ownership in an area that's both diverse and friendly, while providing prospective Buyers with a positive picture of our community as a whole. On a personal note, I have been married for over 13 years, now with three daughters and reside in Plumstead Township just west of Doylestown. I had been a Volunteer Fireman with the communities local Fire Company and am very proud of our local residents and time they give back to the community. Lastly having children of my own I take comfort in knowing they are being educated in award winning school system. Experience in many areas of Real Estate with First time home buyers to the down-sizer, selling condos, town homes, single family, multi unit investment properties, raw land and new construction. As an investor of real estate myself I understand the need for smart investments in properties that will bring a positive return. When working for my Buyers I am always looking for properties that are salable- good tip-when looking for a property you need to consider re-sale in the event you need to move tomorrow. Things to consider will be how marketable is the property? How big the Buyer pool is will help determine how long it might take to sell. What improvements can I make to increase value when it is time to sell. Real Estate is an investment so make it a smart one! Sellers- my job is to find the right buyer for your property with smart planning, extensive marketing, solid presentation and smart pricing. There is a buyer for every property out there and sometimes it takes some extra effort and thinking outside the box which I enjoy.
