Pat Foley made a difficult situation, easy and very lucrative for my family. I had to sell my mother's house and deal with all her belongings after a series of falls meant she had to move into assisted living near me in Southern California. She truly took care of everything: donations, packers, house clean out, staging, and she even sold my mom's car for a good price without me even asking for help! Talk about earning your commission. The other RE agents I interviewed all said the house would get several bids given the low supply but she was the only one that made a point to bring in stagers to be sure the house came off more modern to younger buyers. It worked as we had 100 come through the house in 2 days and 8 offers!

I had the pleasure of working with Pat Foley while looking for my new home. From the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. Pat is extremely knowledgeable of the different towns and areas of each town and this was invaluable to me as I was from out of state. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately set up a search, which she was happy to tweak when necessary. Every place she suggested I would like and would suit the needs of my family was on point. She even went so far as to look at places I was interested in prior to me driving a couple of hours to look at them myself! We found Pat by chance while discovering Doylestown for the first time. While trying to figure out where in PA we wanted to move to, from our of state, we walked past Class-Harlan's office and decided we would walk in to see if they had any information on the town and types of homes that were on the market. What was first flirting with an idea, quickly turned into a dream from one chance meeting with Pat. Pat took the time the day we walked into her office to introduce us to the history of the town and everything Bucks County had to offer. One week later, to the day, we planned to return back to PA to tour four different homes in both Chester and Bucks county to get a feel for what type of home best suited our desires. Pat graciously took us around on a Saturday to see different homes and even added a home she thought we would want to see. We did find a house this day that we liked, but upon Pat's extensive knowledge on structures of houses, we were gently guided in learning that the house we were interested in would end up being a big project for us that was more than we were looking for. The following morning, Mother's Day, I received a phone call from Pat with information on a house that was exactly what we were looking for. Pat really listened to us and understood that we were searching for a unique house that was contemporary, in the woods yet not too far from the center of a downtown, in Bucks County with a great school system and a safe area. The house that Pat called us about on Mother's Day was exactly the type of house we were looking for. She was so kind to clear her plans with her family to meet us on Mother's Day to show us the house she knew we would love. We jumped in the car and headed to PA to meet Pat and the rest is history. Two minutes in the house and we were in love with it. This house is the first house we put a bid on and our bid was accepted, thanks to Pat's extensive real estate knowledge. We couldn't believe how easy the buying process was and kept on waiting for a hiccup in the process that never happened. Pat took on all of the stress of buying a home and we got to enjoy being buyers thanks to Pat! Anytime we needed a recommendation for a carpet cleaner or Dr.'s office, she was quick and willing to happily help welcome us into PA. Moving from out of state was easier than we expected it to be with the help of Pat. We like Pat on a personal level as well as a professional level so we all keep in touch. We would recommend her to family and friends any day. I am currently writing this review from our new and beautiful house that we have made a home in Doylestown, PA. We had an amazing experience working with Pat Foley from out of state in this current challenging real estate market. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She worked on our behalf to travel to other counties to see various homes and gave us tips to make the strongest offer in securing our dream home. Our situation was quite difficult. My father had died, and my mother was ill. The house was full of their possessions, the septic system had failed it's test, and my parents four children were scattered from Maine to DC. There was some question as to how to market the house with it's issues in the short time frame available before winter. Pat priced the house appropriately, and sold it to the sort of customer she had envisioned for the asking price. Pat was kind, compassionate, and very diplomatic as well. She knew who to contact for various services, knew who the experts were, was incredibly flexible with arrangements, and worked seamlessly online and in person with all 4 children. Everyone was kept informed at all times, and the closing occurred ahead of schedule - which was hugely helpful to all parties. In short, Pat was terrific, and gets the highest recommendations.
