Todd is an outstanding realtor. He understood what kind of house we were looking for and offered plenty of choices, accompanying us to see them at all times of the day. He was always upbeat and helpful. He offered lots of ideas on how to make each house work for us, but was never pushy if we didn't like something. He was a constant communicator and made it easy to find the house we wanted. He helped us through the negotiations with the sellers and right through closing he was all over it. If we ever sell this house the first person we will look to help us will be Todd.
