Sherri Belfus helped us buy a house in Doylestown and find a tenant for it. She was masterful in both. We were under the constraint of a 1031 Exchange. Sherri was completely familiar with the procedure and was able to keep us on track. With her deep knowledge of the market, Sherri was able to adapt the1031 to the local conditions.
