Emmily Hobbs has been a resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania for nearly 35 years. She lives with her husband Randy and children, Riley and Jack, and dogs Porter, Finn, and Walter in Pipersville, PA. After graduating from Pennsbury High School, Emmily attended Northern Arizona University majoring in Liberal Arts with a Minor in Health/Physical Education and an Emphasis in Coaching. Emmily is a proud member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. After finishing college, Emmily & Randy moved to Lower Makefield, and then subsequently to Newtown, Buckingham and Plumstead Townships.
Emmily has been a manager, coach and administrator for CBAA & DAA athletic organizations in Bucks County. She could often be found on the side of baseball, softball, soccer, and field hockey fields for over a decade in many different capacities. Emmily was the President of the Home and School Association at Bridge Valley Elementary School and has also been active in working with members of the Central Bucks School District School Board to ensure a well-rounded education remain the focus of the school district and includes physical education.
Emmily has a passion for residential construction and design. Having enjoyed working in the construction industry, Emmily’s attention to detail and the gratification of hard work made residential remodeling a natural transition. When Emmily & Randy decided to sell their home in Buckingham, the worked with Meg Roth to list their home and find a new home in Pipersville. Meg liked Emmily’s staging in their home and this led to a new career in home staging for Doylestown area real estate agents interested in highlighting the best features of their listings. The real estate industry with its daily interactions in the community and ethical standards caught her attention and Emmily worked diligently to get her real estate license. She is being mentored by Meg Roth and can proudly say she is now a member of:
