We were not planning to move until 2024. However, an opportunity to move to Anns Choice became available. We selected Heather as our selling agent. She did a walk through and made suggestions. She researched our property and determined a reasonable selling price. Heather was a great help in preparing the disclosure documents that we needed to provide prospective buyers. We prepared the house with the help of our children and advise from Heather. We put the house on the market. Over the first weekend we had almost twenty house visits. We had two very good offers. We selected a prospective buyer and did the paperwork. The buyer had an inspection done. Heather again helped us respond to the inspection issues. The original buyer backed out of the purchase. Heather put the property back on the market and we had another dozen house visits within a week. We selected a buyer and Heather monitored the activity through closing. We had not relocated in over 31 years when we decided to downsize and relocate to a 55+ community. With such a long time since our last move, we needed a take-charge, no-nonsense, experienced, and knowledgeable realtor who could steer us through the process. Heather Walton from Class-Harlan was our last interview and we knew immediately that she was the realtor we needed. After the interview, and before any commitment, she walked through our property for over an hour and showed us exactly how to stage our home. We signed a contract with her the next week and completed all of Heather’s staging recommendations. She also worked very closely with her photographer to capture our home just the way she wanted to show it, from both the interior and exterior. The lead picture of our backyard, pool, gardens and home fit her strategy for selling property beautifully and powerfully in the multiple listing and other venues. The first day on the market we had 12 showings. The second day we had 5 full-price offers from well qualified buyers (a priority for Heather). With Heather’s guidance we accepted our best offer based on conditions of the sale, including the replacement of our septic system. We closed on our home on October 30, 2018, with both buyers and sellers fully satisfied. There were a few bumps in the road during the inspection process and in the terms of an escrow agreement for the septic system. It was Heather’s strong leadership and knowledge that steered and reassured us through these difficulties. My husband and I moved to Doylestown about 1 month ago from the Chicago area. Heather has been our realtor since we stared searching for homes over a year ago. She was always available, often at the last minute, to show us houses whenever we came into town, usually around a holiday. We selected Heather after interviewing 3 highly recommended realtors in the Bucks County area. She was the only one who came fully prepared to the interview. Heather not only walked through the home with us and gave immediate feedback on what we Must Do, Could Do, and what could wait in terms of preparing our home for sale. This was really great since the other realtors said they would have their "home stagers" come out and review things with us at the cost of at least $300 for 2 hours. Needless to say, we appreciated the immediate feedback and savings of $300! In addition, Heather came prepared with comps in the area and a recommendation of pricing our house - it was a range from "sell quickly" to "Ok to wait" for several months for the best price. This range was realistic and allowed us to select a starting price based on our own timetable.



Working with Heather was the best part of the whole process. She was always very accessible and responsive by text, email and phone; very confident and reassuring when our home inspections kept coming in with results we didn't want to hear; and maintained both a warm yet highly professional manner in facilitating negotiations and follow-up discussions with the buyers that advanced smoothly despite some potentially difficult obstacles along the way. The settlement day was a very happy day and Heather was terrific! She made sure we were fully prepped and prepared, and even had a very unexpected and lovely card and gift to commemorate the sale of our home.



Overall, I could not give a higher recommendation for Heather whom we selected after interviewing 3 experienced individuals. She made the entire sale of our home a satisfying experience and we admire her so much!!!
