John Zygmont is a REALTOR® with over a decade’s worth of experience and knowledge in serving his client’s real estate and construction needs in Montgomery County and Bucks County. John understands that being a REALTOR® is not just about showing properties but making sure that the client is informed of all options and possibilities while keeping the client’s best interest in mind. Be it a townhome or a 10-acre farm, John’s attention to detail and no pressure attitude allows his clients to feel both secure and comfortable in their decisions in the present and for the future. While primarily working with residential real estate, including assisting clients that are buying and/or selling their properties while living outside of the area, John also has experience in commercial real estate and building lot development. Prior to his career as a REALTOR®, John served as a foreman for one of the country’ largest home builders in Buck County, Pennsylvania which has provided him with a deep understanding of the communities in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. A 7th generation native of the area, John, his three sons reside in Hatboro, PA. In John’s free time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and biking with his family.
