Kate Mullen is one of Bucks County’s greatest fans. A principal reason she was drawn to real estate was to share her love and knowledge of this area. As a lifelong resident and a Central Bucks School District educator, she is a go-to resource on schools, neighborhoods, local businesses, and all things Bucks County, including where to get a great meal or where to have fun.
She was born in Newtown Borough, raised in Doylestown Borough, and currently lives in Bedminster Township with her husband, TJ, and black lab, Bishop.
With a degree in English (Temple University) and a master’s in education (Arcadia University), she is passionate about effective communication and teaching her clients along the way, especially if they are new homebuyers. She brings the educator’s love, care, dedication, patience, and advocacy to her real estate business.
Most importantly, she believes a career in real estate is rooted in service to one’s community. Nothing makes her happier than to help connect people to places that complement their needs for family or business.
When she’s not teaching or helping clients, you can find her enjoying a few of her favorite things: checking out books at the Doylestown library; shopping at a nearby farmers market; practicing yoga at home or at a studio; tending to her garden; identifying native flowers or hiking with her dog at a local park; or riding her bike on back roads. As someone with limitless curiosity who loves learning, she aims to be a resource on many topics to best serve her clients, no matter how diverse their needs may be.
