Pat has been a Bucks County resident for more than 40 years and called Doylestown home until December 2020 when she purchased a home near Skippack, PA in Montgomery County to be nearer to her daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. She maintains her office in Doylestown as the base for her real estate business. Pat is extremely handy and enjoys remodeling and redecorating her home and taking care of Lola & Dusty, her two 5 year old Havanese dogs.
Pat has mentored new agents at Class-Harlan Real Estate and she’s the go-to “techie” who keeps the various computers and Class-Harlan website up to date. She designed and regularly updates our Class-Harlan Listing PowerPoint presentation that runs 24/7/365 on two flat screen monitors at Class-Harlan. Pat’s graphic design skills come in handy when she is asked to design various promotional flyers, invitations and announcements for Class-Harlan as needed and she recently designed the Class-Harlan Real Estate company brochure of which she is very proud.

We found Pat by chance while discovering Doylestown for the first time. While trying to figure out where in PA we wanted to move to, from our of state, we walked past Class-Harlan's office and decided we would walk in to see if they had any information on the town and types of homes that were on the market. What was first flirting with an idea, quickly turned into a dream from one chance meeting with Pat. Pat took the time the day we walked into her office to introduce us to the history of the town and everything Bucks County had to offer. One week later, to the day, we planned to return back to PA to tour four different homes in both Chester and Bucks county to get a feel for what type of home best suited our desires. Pat graciously took us around on a Saturday to see different homes and even added a home she thought we would want to see. We did find a house this day that we liked, but upon Pat's extensive knowledge on structures of houses, we were gently guided in learning that the house we were interested in would end up being a big project for us that was more than we were looking for. The following morning, Mother's Day, I received a phone call from Pat with information on a house that was exactly what we were looking for. Pat really listened to us and understood that we were searching for a unique house that was contemporary, in the woods yet not too far from the center of a downtown, in Bucks County with a great school system and a safe area. The house that Pat called us about on Mother's Day was exactly the type of house we were looking for. She was so kind to clear her plans with her family to meet us on Mother's Day to show us the house she knew we would love. We jumped in the car and headed to PA to meet Pat and the rest is history. Two minutes in the house and we were in love with it. This house is the first house we put a bid on and our bid was accepted, thanks to Pat's extensive real estate knowledge. We couldn't believe how easy the buying process was and kept on waiting for a hiccup in the process that never happened. Pat took on all of the stress of buying a home and we got to enjoy being buyers thanks to Pat! Anytime we needed a recommendation for a carpet cleaner or Dr.'s office, she was quick and willing to happily help welcome us into PA. Moving from out of state was easier than we expected it to be with the help of Pat. We like Pat on a personal level as well as a professional level so we all keep in touch. "Our situation was quite difficult. My father had died, and my mother was ill. The house was full of their possessions, the septic system had failed it's test, and my parents four children were scattered from Maine to DC. There was some question as to how to market the house with it's issues in the short time frame available before winter. Pat worked hard to get the listing on my parents home over a period of years. Being a licensed agent myself in another state, I am always suspect of other agents. But Pat did a terrific job and managed thru some health issues that took place concurrently with the purchase and sale.

Let me begin by saying I have 30 years of experience in complex real estate transactions and have dealt with hundreds of realtors in my business.
After downsizing and renting for a couple of years my wife and I saw a opportunity for a property in Doylestown that was languishing on the market. It was outdated and overgrown and even though it had many opportunities was not selling. Pat helped us see through the complexity and then skillfully handed the negotiation which resulted in a great deal for us.
When I made a suggestion for a way to handle the final negotiation after the inspections Pat came through like the pro she is.
