Jo-Anne’s father, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, instilled in Jo-Anne and her six siblings, a tremendous work ethic, along with a sense of patriotism and pride in our country. Having grown up moving every three years, Bucks County is the first place Jo-Anne could put down roots and has called Doylestown home for the last 33 years.
Jo-Anne was born in Frankfurt, Germany while her father was stationed with the U.S. Army, Air Defense Artillery. Growing up military gives Jo-Anne a unique understanding and insight into the special needs of veterans and their families. She has obtained her Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), which allows her to better assist active duty military personnel and veterans in home purchases and sales. She is knowledgeable in veteran housing programs and can advise service families on how to best utilize those programs. She has access to a “members only” bevy of marketing tools and resources for military families and has the ability to effectively guide home buyers and sellers thru VA financing.
Jo-Anne brings this “service mindset” to all of her real estate transactions. Her clients get her full attention as she guides them through every step of the home buying or home selling process.
