I have been a resident of Bucks County for over 45 years. Over this time, I have been able to watch the area grow and enjoy many activities and experiences that our community offers. I love to travel and experience new areas around the country, but I have yet to find one area that feels more like home to me than Bucks County.
Our community has so much to offer which is why it is so easy to settle here and call it home. On a personal note, I have been married for 22 years, now with three daughters and reside in Plumstead Township just west of Doylestown. I had been a Volunteer Fireman with several of our townships local Fire Companies and I am very proud of our local residents and the time they give back to the community. Lastly, having children of my own, I take comfort in knowing they are being educated in an award-winning school system.
As a Realtor representing Buyers, I focus on the benefits of property ownership in our area that's both diverse and friendly, while providing prospective Buyers with a positive picture of our community as a whole. Showing Buyers that this is the perfect place to live and work while considering the area features such things as award-winning school systems, rich history displayed in museums, some of the finest dining, tons of sporting activities, endless shopping and entertainment and ideally located close to Philadelphia, Trenton and even NYC.
When representing my clients looking to purchase a property, I focus on their needs while educating them and recommending to keep top of mind what will be considered salable in the future. The thought process is when looking for a property, you always need to consider re-sale in the event you need to move tomorrow. I want them to think about a variety of factors: How marketable is the property. How big the Buyer pool is will help determine how long it might take to sell. What improvements can be made to increase the value when it is time to sell. Buying Real Estate is not just an opportunity for a nice place to live but it’s also an important financial investment!
When representing Sellers, my job is to find the right buyer for your property using creative and detailed planning, extensive marketing, an enhanced property presentation and well-researched property pricing. There is a buyer for every property and it sometimes takes extra effort and thinking outside the box to make that happen which I always enjoy. I often say my job is bringing the correct Buyers and Sellers together.
I have worked hard to build my career with a wide variety of experiences. I take pride in the fact that I have a broad range of experience with selling all shapes and size of real estate. Those experiences include assisting the first-time home buyers to the “down-sizer”, selling condos, town homes, single family homes, multi-unit investment properties, farmland, raw land, and new construction. As an investor of real estate myself, I understand the need for smart investments in properties that will bring a positive return.

It has been quite a year settling my parents into a new home and then selling there home of 47 years. Todd McCarty was such a big part of both.
Todd really went above and beyond making the whole experience for my parents as stress free as possible.
