Jo-Anne Atwell is a licensed real estate professional with over seventeen years of experience in Central Bucks, PA and an active resident of Doylestown/Buckingham for almost 33 years.
Jo-Anne’s philosophy and daily practices include “service above self” as she has obtained her Military Relocation Professional certification (MRP), which allows her to assist active military personnel and veterans in home purchases and sales. Atwell is the daughter of a retired U.S. Army Colonel, who devoted his life to the military and service to our country. Jo-Anne’s background gives her a unique understanding of the special needs of veterans and military families.
As past president of the Doylestown Rotary Club she follows the club’s high ethical business practices in her real estate dealings. Recognized for her hard work ethic and wealth of knowledge and expertise in many real estate areas to include Luxury Real Estate, Antique and Historical homes and most recently spent 3 years behind the scenes at a mortgage company gaining first-hand knowledge of the efforts required on the lending side of real estate transactions. Jo-Anne is currently completing her Pennsylvania Brokers License as proof of her dedication to her profession.
Jo-Anne is a proud mother of 2 older children, Jake and Jennie Atwell as well as 2 fur babies, Junebug and Elmo. Jo-Anne enjoys traveling, cooking, and being with her family and friends. Jo-Anne’s active participation in her Rotary Club complements her passion for community service. Jo-Anne is an active committee member of District 7430 Rotary Youth Exchange and Chair of Rotary District 7430 Interact and Rotaract Clubs. Jo-Anne also enjoys being a host mom and Rotary Youth Counselor for many Rotary International Exchange Students.
