Tim has deep roots in Southeastern PA. His dad practiced Real Estate in Montgomery County, while his mom was an OR Nurse at Abington Memorial for 30 years. Tim’sgrandfather worked in the banking industry in Bucks County and encouraged his interest in coin collecting.
Having grown up in Elkins Park, Tim graduated from Cheltenham HS before attending college. After studying Architecture at Syracuse, and Music at Boston University, Tim began teaching instrumental music in the suburbs of Boston. When budget cuts affected the arts program in his school system, Tim ran an afterschool program that allowed students to continue to develop their musical talents. Concurrently, Tim began areal estate career, getting a foundation with a conglomerate in Easton followed by an independent brokerage office in Milton just outside of Boston. Tim enjoyed closingmultiple deals throughout the South Shore of Boston in the 90’s.
In 2000, Tim and his family returned to the area, and Tim ventured into the field of Senior Living in Bucks County, developing adepth of knowledge inthis broad environment (independent and assisted living; personal care; memory care; nursing care; hospice care; and adult day programs).Tim has experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit senior living arenas.
After almost two decades in the Senior Living Environment, Tim made an exciting return to his passion of Real Estateand is especially excited to be a part of the ‘Class-Harlan’ team. “The Class-Harlan group reminds me of Kelley & Rege Propertiesnear Boston, where I practiced Real Estate as an associate Broker. It’s great to be a part of a community integrated practice like Class-Harlan.”, shares Tim.
Tim enjoys meeting needs, bringing buyers and sellers together to produce a successful outcome. Sellers have a need to move on from a property that has been an integral part of their life, while Buyers are looking to invest in a property that will meet their current needs and wants. Tim reflects,‘It’s like a puzzle, and I love puzzles!’
In life outside of Real Estate, Tim is married to Amby, an ESL teacher who is fluent in French and has taught at the Institute for Foreign Languages in Doylestown. She hopes to bring Tim and their two children back to France in the near future. Tim believes in putting faith into action by helping others. He volunteers in civic, school and church functions, currently heading up a small group bible study in the local area.
