    Heather has been selling real estate at Class-Harlan Real Estate, since 2001. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with concentrations in Public Relations and Marketing. She has 15 years experience in marketing in the retail, tourism and non-profit markets. Heather utilizes her marketing experiences and contacts to best service her Buyer and Seller clientele. Heather has been a Five Star Real Estate Award Winner for the Philadelphia Area for several years. This is an elite group representing less than 2% of the licensed agents in the Philadelphia area! Heather has been featured in Top Agent Magazine and recognized for her creativity in marketing property for sale, utilizing social media and excellent communication skills. In January, 2014, Heather took on an exciting new role at Class-Harlan as owner/partner. Heather and her business partner, Todd McCarty/Broker, have made some exciting changes at the Brokerage that directly benefit home buyers and home sellers. The Class-Harlan Sales Team works together on a daily basis to serve the real estate needs of the community as has been done since 1963! The Brokerage is actively recruiting seasoned sales professionals!Heather has been a top producing sales person at Class-Harlan for years and can be described as outgoing, friendly, detailed, persistent, conscientious, caring and extremely knowledgeable on the Central Bucks Community. Heather is a known leader in the Doylestown Community having served a 10+ year volunteer term on the Doylestown Revitalization Board. She currently sits on the Doylestown Historic and Review Board and also volunteers for the Bucks County Historical Society, Pearl S. Buck International and other local organizations. Heather is the site administrator for Destination Doylestown a popular Facebook page that supports and promotes everything good happening in Doylestown!

    Heather is a remarkable person. She understands the issues that are necessary to sell/buy a house. She is an explainer, remembers the smallest details, follows up, understands the local market, knows what makes a home appealing and can skillfully bring an agreement together. And most importantly, she was our guide and coach for the first real estate transaction we had done in 40 years! Heather gave us an unparcelled level of confidence and assurance. She’s the best!

    When we decided to sell our home of 31 years we wanted someone who was very knowledgeable of the Doylestown real estate market and who had many years of experience in the business. Upon learning that Heather was an owner/partner at Class-Harlan it was a simple decision to meet with her to discuss our options.

    We had assumed that since mortgage interest rates were higher than in years past that it might be difficult to sell a home, but Heather explained that if it is priced correctly it should not take long at all. After reading through her large prepared analysis of comps in the area, we took her advice about the price and finished preparing our home to go on the market. Just 4 1/2 days after the listing became active on the MLS, Heather analyzed and presented several offers to us.

    Heather’s professionalism and detailed work and advice on pricing, staging, marketing, and contract negotiating was extremely valuable and appreciated. She was always available via phone, text, or email when we had questions and she made the entire process so easy - leaving a home of 31 years was hard, but the process was easy. We cannot thank Heather enough. She was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend her.
