Heather has been selling real estate at Class-Harlan Real Estate, since 2001. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with concentrations in Public Relations and Marketing. She has 15 years experience in marketing in the retail, tourism and non-profit markets. Heather utilizes her marketing experiences and contacts to best service her Buyer and Seller clientele. When we decided to sell our home of 31 years we wanted someone who was very knowledgeable of the Doylestown real estate market and who had many years of experience in the business. Upon learning that Heather was an owner/partner at Class-Harlan it was a simple decision to meet with her to discuss our options.
We had assumed that since mortgage interest rates were higher than in years past that it might be difficult to sell a home, but Heather explained that if it is priced correctly it should not take long at all. After reading through her large prepared analysis of comps in the area, we took her advice about the price and finished preparing our home to go on the market. Just 4 1/2 days after the listing became active on the MLS, Heather analyzed and presented several offers to us.
Heather’s professionalism and detailed work and advice on pricing, staging, marketing, and contract negotiating was extremely valuable and appreciated. She was always available via phone, text, or email when we had questions and she made the entire process so easy - leaving a home of 31 years was hard, but the process was easy. We were not planning to move until 2024. However, an opportunity to move to Anns Choice became available. We selected Heather as our selling agent. She did a walk through and made suggestions. She researched our property and determined a reasonable selling price. Heather was a great help in preparing the disclosure documents that we needed to provide prospective buyers. We prepared the house with the help of our children and advise from Heather. We put the house on the market. Over the first weekend we had almost twenty house visits. We had two very good offers. We selected a prospective buyer and did the paperwork. The buyer had an inspection done. Heather again helped us respond to the inspection issues. The original buyer backed out of the purchase. Heather put the property back on the market and we had another dozen house visits within a week. We selected a buyer and Heather monitored the activity through closing. Heather was easy to work with and acted as if we were family. We were very happy with having Heather represent us in the sale.
