Pat Foley

Pat has been a professional Full-Time Pennsylvania licensed REALTOR® since 1984. She began her career under the tutelage of a well respected Broker/owner of a Real Estate firm located in Middle Bucks County Pennsylvania. “I was lucky to have had the opportunity to begin my real estate career working for one of the most successful, ethical, honest, hard-working REALTOR®/Broker’s in this business. He was a wonderful mentor with the highest of standards for client care that I’ve modeled throughout my career!”

Pat has worked with First-time & Move up Buyers, Down-Sizing & Relocating Sellers, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investors and is particularly sensitive to the emotions we all experience when making decisions about one of the biggest investments of our lifetime. “So much has changed over the years in the way we do business with the evolution of technology but one thing that will never change is my commitment to my client! There simply is no substitute for good, old-fashioned customer service!” Pat thinks of herself as a Real Estate consultant. She has counseled homeowners who’ve fallen behind on mortgage payments and assisted them through the Short Sale process, helped down-sizing seniors navigate what can be the overwhelming process of packing up 50+ years of life, and worked with first time homebuyers helping them to zero in on the best home to suit their needs.

You’ll be hard pressed to find another REALTOR® with Pat’s thorough knowledge and understanding of the contracts we use when buying/selling Real Estate.
“Whether you’re a Buyer, a Seller, or both; consider working with a REALTOR® who is a seasoned professional available to answer any and all of your questions, listen to your fears, concerns, hopes and dreams and help you sort through the myriad of emotions that often come up when making one of the biggest decisions of your life. I’d love for you to interview me. One thing I know for sure after all of these years is everyone chooses their REALTOR® based not just on that REALTOR®’s experience, track record, ability etc., but based on whether or not the client feels a level of trust, comfort and camaraderie with the REALTOR®.”

Pat has been a Bucks County resident for more than 40 years and called Doylestown home until December 2020 when she purchased a home near Skippack, PA in Montgomery County to be nearer to her daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. She maintains her office in Doylestown as the base for her real estate business. Pat is extremely handy and enjoys remodeling (she just remodeled her entire kitchen!) and redecorating her home and taking care of Lola & Dusty, her two 7 year old Havanese dogs.

Pat has mentored new agents at Class-Harlan Real Estate and she’s the go-to “techie” who keeps the various computers and Class-Harlan website up to date. She designed and regularly updates our Class-Harlan Listing PowerPoint presentation that runs 24/7/365 on two flat screen monitors at Class-Harlan. Pat’s graphic design skills come in handy when she is asked to design various promotional flyers, invitations and announcements for Class-Harlan as needed and she recently designed the Class-Harlan Real Estate company brochure of which she is very proud.

I had the pleasure of working with Pat Foley while looking for my new home. From the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. Pat is extremely knowledgeable of the different towns and areas of each town and this was invaluable to me as I was from out of state. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately set up a search, which she was happy to tweak when necessary. Every place she suggested I would like and would suit the needs of my family was on point. She even went so far as to look at places I was interested in prior to me driving a couple of hours to look at them myself! Her ability and willingness to make every part of the home-buying process smooth was evident from the beginning. With 38 years in the business, she is truly knowledgeable about all the different aspects of home-buying and selling. She is also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

We found Pat by chance while discovering Doylestown for the first time. While trying to figure out where in PA we wanted to move to, from our of state, we walked past Class-Harlan's office and decided we would walk in to see if they had any information on the town and types of homes that were on the market. What was first flirting with an idea, quickly turned into a dream from one chance meeting with Pat. Pat took the time the day we walked into her office to introduce us to the history of the town and everything Bucks County had to offer. One week later, to the day, we planned to return back to PA to tour four different homes in both Chester and Bucks county to get a feel for what type of home best suited our desires. Pat graciously took us around on a Saturday to see different homes and even added a home she thought we would want to see. We did find a house this day that we liked, but upon Pat's extensive knowledge on structures of houses, we were gently guided in learning that the house we were interested in would end up being a big project for us that was more than we were looking for. The following morning, Mother's Day, I received a phone call from Pat with information on a house that was exactly what we were looking for. Pat really listened to us and understood that we were searching for a unique house that was contemporary, in the woods yet not too far from the center of a downtown, in Bucks County with a great school system and a safe area. The house that Pat called us about on Mother's Day was exactly the type of house we were looking for. She was so kind to clear her plans with her family to meet us on Mother's Day to show us the house she knew we would love. We jumped in the car and headed to PA to meet Pat and the rest is history. Two minutes in the house and we were in love with it. This house is the first house we put a bid on and our bid was accepted, thanks to Pat's extensive real estate knowledge. We couldn't believe how easy the buying process was and kept on waiting for a hiccup in the process that never happened. Pat took on all of the stress of buying a home and we got to enjoy being buyers thanks to Pat! Anytime we needed a recommendation for a carpet cleaner or Dr.'s office, she was quick and willing to happily help welcome us into PA. Moving from out of state was easier than we expected it to be with the help of Pat. We like Pat on a personal level as well as a professional level so we all keep in touch. We would recommend her to family and friends any day. I am currently writing this review from our new and beautiful house that we have made a home in Doylestown, PA. We say that the stars aligned when we met Pat! Thank you, Pat!

We had an amazing experience working with Pat Foley from out of state in this current challenging real estate market. She knew right away what we were looking for and brought up properties to see that were scheduled for our convenience. She was always available and impressive with her diligent follow-up. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She worked on our behalf to travel to other counties to see various homes and gave us tips to make the strongest offer in securing our dream home. Pat became part of our family in our home purchase journey, and we couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

Our situation was quite difficult. My father had died, and my mother was ill. The house was full of their possessions, the septic system had failed it's test, and my parents four children were scattered from Maine to DC. There was some question as to how to market the house with it's issues in the short time frame available before winter. Pat priced the house appropriately, and sold it to the sort of customer she had envisioned for the asking price. Pat was kind, compassionate, and very diplomatic as well. She knew who to contact for various services, knew who the experts were, was incredibly flexible with arrangements, and worked seamlessly online and in person with all 4 children. Everyone was kept informed at all times, and the closing occurred ahead of schedule - which was hugely helpful to all parties. In short, Pat was terrific, and gets the highest recommendations.

Pat was absolutely terrific. She did the research and spent a lot of time with us developing the right price, timing and staging, and even took professional quality photographs herself. She was available and responsive 24/7, and brought us two full price offers within three days of listing. After that she handled all of the buyers inspection issues, identified and coordinated contractors and negotiated fair agreements with both them and the buyer. And, she was a delight to work with. Highly recommend.
